Description: Vintage LARGE Native American Navajo Silver Turquoise Ring Sz 5.75 . It is a small size for a man, but a jeweler could easily make the shank larger... This ring is most likely Old or Dead Pawn. No stamps or markings.. In a smooth oval bezel, surrounded by a lasso / rope which is the Navajo symbol for bondage It's a triple split shank that also includes the rope/ lasso which is a Navajo symbol meaning bondage. Weight is 10.69g This is a gorgeous piece of natural turquoise.with quartz and copper matrix.. To me, it resembles turquoise from the Royston Mine in Nevada however, it also looks very similar to turquoise found at the Kings Manassa mine in Colorado. I'm no expert however I have been dealing in turquoise and native American pieces for over 20 years. I don't polish these old pieces, however I did hit a tiny spot on the shank and it shined!
