Pedestal bowl measures 3" tall, and about 5 1/2 inches wide.with 5-1/2". Finish is eggshell-matte .Marek Cecuła (b. Poland 1944; emigrated to the US 1976) founded Modus Design studio and Contemporary Porcelain gallery in New York City. He founded the Ceramics department at Parsons School of Design in 1985 and is currently a visiting professor at the Royal College of Art in London. Noted for his post-modern and minimalist designs, Cecuła's work is held in collections around the world including LACMA, the Cooper-Hewitt (Smithsonian). The bowl is in good condition with some spots or stains and some allover crazing. See photos as they are part of the description.
