Comes with 28 spools of thread, a small plastic canister of stick pins. Scissors are missing from the set. Overall good vintage condition, box does have wear on all the corners. Hinge works perfectly and box closes snugly. LOVE the atomic star designs on the top and inside, makes it very mid century!
