This beautiful watercolor painting is an estate sale find. It is signed in the lower left corner, but I do not know the name of the artist that painted this piece. I was told it was an older piece of work, most likely post-1950. The wood frame has some normal scuffs and scratches, but overall is in decent shape. There is also some water damage to the very base of the matting (see photos). The frame measures approximately 19.5” x 15.25”. The art is set under glass and double matting. The opening for the painting measures approximately 12.75” x 8.50”. This would make an excellent addition to any den, cabin, office, man cave, beach house, etc.!
