In "Mint" condition with no scratches, cracks, repairs or signs of use. Bottom is marked with "USA". The glaze has filled in the logo showing "R R P C O" on the top and e "ROSEVILLE" on the bottom but in bright light you can still see a faint image of the letters "USA" in the middle.
