Made of comfortable cotton material, this shirt is machine washable and has graphics on both sides. The front of the shirt features Scooby and Shaggy with: WHO LET THE DOG OUT? CARTOON NETWORK WACKY RACING graphic, with paw prints all over the T shirt. On the back of the shirt it has Scooby riding in a tire holding the checkered flag in his teeth and saying OOF! OOF!
