There is some patina from use, mostly on the inside, which can be polished if desired. Approximately 5.5 inches across and 2.75 inches high. Ornate pattern of flowers and flourishes has been pressed into the brass so it has a really gorgeous 3D texture. There is also a braided pattern around the rim and base.
