Vintage ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL Varsity JACKET, Corduroy Coat 1960's

Description: You are bidding on a wonderful vintage men's St. Paul's School corduroy varsity jacket. Found at an estate, hanging behind a door with the St. Paul's name facing out, I believe this jacket dates back to the 1960's to 1970's at the latest. It is insulated and quite striking. I would assume that it would be mostly for decorative or sentimental since the condition might prohibit you from wearing it regularly without repair. As the photos indicate, there is a good tear on the inside insulated area near the neck and some very slight tearing near the pockets and a general worn look. The cuffs have significant fraying as does the bottom of the jacket. That stated, a jacket like this is exceedingly uncommon. There is no indication of manufacturer or size but I'm guessing medium. Measurements are 23" from shoulder to bottom, 13" from armpit to bottom and 22" from armpit to armpit. I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I'm also open to local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven. I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job.
