Vintage Two Guys Department Store Hat Box 1950's / 1960's Very Good Condition

Description: Vintage Circa 1950's / 1960's Two Guys Department Store Hat Box with String-Tie Closure Approximate Measurements: 7 high 14 long point to point 12.5 long flat side to flat side Six-sided/ Hexagon Box made of lightweight cardboard Box is in Very Good Used Condition with slight wear and aging. Very Clean inside with a ribbon taped inside to hold something which is easily removable if desired. Top of box shows slight wear, natural aging, a few small marks/creases and a couple of "dings" on corners. The black bottom has a couple of creases on the side. Personally, I'm amazed at how well this held up for 50+ years in this condition. The red ink is still bright/colorful. Lid is strong/stiff/sturdy. Box is sturdy as well. I've had it for over 25 years. It was kept in a closet in a smoke-free pet-free household. I used it to store some lightweight/delicate glass Christmas ornaments. This would make a great display piece, or used to store collectibles, or as a gift box under the Christmas tree.
