This is probably from the 1970s and has a ridge on top to fit the early Vito/Yamaha mouthpieces, but it will fit other pieces as well. This will fit standard-size hard rubber tenor saxophone mouthpieces (Brilhart, Otto Link Tone Edge, Jody Jazz HR, Vandoren V16, etc.). Very good conditon with some wear to the lacquer.
