It will hold 4 cups, but you maybe should have one of those new fangled range protector inserts if you fill it that full (level full). Good solid wooden handle. Very Good condition with no dents, bad scratches or stains in the pan or the lid. The Pot is 2 1/4” deep and11” total across including the handle and approx 4 1/2” tall with lid in place..
