Description: Here is a vintage women’s 70’s -80’s black shoulder ruffle dress. It is labeled a size 3, but the waist is stretchy, so it isnt as tiny as it sounds. I purchased this as vintage in about 2009, tried it on and never wore it. It is in very good to excellent vintage condition. There is one subtle snag to the skirt, please see last photo. The fabric is polyester and it is not lined, so some people may want to wear a slip under it. Laying flat, it measures 16” from underarm to underarm, and 12” at the elastic waist un-stretched (you can stretch it all the way to 16”). Total length of dress is about 46.5” from top of shoulder to end of hem. From a smoke free home!
