Description: This vintage lead crystal diamond cut vase came from my late mother’s estate…The Waterford acid-etched mark on the bottom of the vase seems to be missing. Being a long time collector of Waterford Crystal, my mother always insisted that the vase was made at the Waterford Factory in Ireland, circa late 1950’s to early 1960’s. She felt that the “Waterford” mark probably faded away over the years, that it was a sign that the vase was well loved and used frequently. Which is why one should not rely on just the acid-etched mark to verify that it is an authentic piece of Waterford Crystal. With that said, I have priced this vase at a much lower price because of the missing “Waterford” mark. The over all condition is Good in view of its age and useage over the years. There are some dings on the rim of the vase. This piece measures approximately 9 3/4” high x 4 3/4” wide across the top. Every photo you see is of the actual product.
