Description: Vintage Late 1970's - early 1980's TIM MEE Native American Fashion Doll Barbie Play Set in Original Box with Full Front Graphics - NOS, never Played With! - Made in the U.S.A. Here's a neat set for your Barbie and Fashion Doll Collection! This NOS playset is in excellent condition. It was never opened until I took off the old tape that had let go and opened it up to check it out and take photos. All small parts remained in a sealed bag. The canoe and teepee halves were just loose in the box (I will wrap them), and the 2 decal pages simply tossed in and were curling. I put those in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard between them to help them re-flatten and protect them. I noted some of the edges on the decals were starting to lift from the old adhesive drying out, so additional adhesive will probably be necessary to apply them for a nice seal to the plastic or vinyl parts should you choose to put this together. The box is in great condition.......no writing marks on it, no water damage, no stickers. It was clean and dry inside and out and the front graphics are still quite nice, but I'm sure slightly faded from age. This set is probably 40-50 years old, so you should expect some age-related changes, but in the wild it is about as good as it gets! Shipping: The biggest issue as far as shipping with this set is the size of the box, not so much the weight. They could have originally put this set in a smaller box, but I guess conserving space and materials was not something that was considered back then. I put new clear tape on the bottom, I will leave the top untaped so buyer can decide if they want to fully seal it up again after checking it out. For a vintage toy, I know the original box can be everything, so to preserve it and its graphics for a collection, it will have to be re-boxed so shipping will be higher in an oversize category and packaging will weigh more than the product, especially after I take up all that empty space in the box. For my zip USPS Ground and Priority are very close, which is surprising, so I've put them both. UPS is a bit higher but may not be for your zip code zone, so I included it as an option as well.
