This offering is for 1 PAIR of TLS-4 drivers with Magnet covers. Covers are made to clients specifications. Orders may be placed for units without magnet covers as in the provided pictures. Price is $3,000.00/pair with magnet cover, $2,750.00 without. These drivers are brand new and are made to order for our clients here at HHR Exotic Speakers in Parma Ohio. Build time is up to one month, depending on clients number in the Que, though typically less. Made in the true "Single Piece Walsh Driver Style",... these speakers emit sound in a full 360 degrees, are absolutely time and phase coherent and do not suffer from all the ailments of typical dynamic speakers, ribbons, electrostats, or dipoles. No more twisting yourself into a pretzel to find the "sweet spot". When properly matched with a low end driver, it is possible to produce a speaker system that is unsurpassed and is State of the Art in sound and presentation. They are absolutely Crystal clear and super fast. The speed of the transient wave traversing the cone is close to 6,000 ft/second! All drivers are made in a MATCHED PAIRS and have impedance ratings of 4 ohms. These modules are Ferro-Fluid cooled and will handle up to 100 watts. They are 90 db efficient for a 1 watt input @ 3 feet. The speaker frequency range is from 200 Hz to 22,000 Hz, although we recommend crossing over to the bass unit around 500 to 1500 Hz to avoid undue stress on the driver and to prevent any possible breakup modes. The speaker (Fs) is typically around 200 Hz. We provide Impedance curves, phase data, SPL and any T & S Parameters that apply. Not all do. The TLS-4 is self contained and requires no cabinet or damping. It is easily mounted via. 3 mounting holes in the base. The Driver dimensions are 6" in Diameter and 6.5" Tall. The TLS-4 are both Eye Candy and Ear Candy for the discerning Audiophile. Please allow up to 1 month for speaker construction per each order, as these are made to order. We produce Stradivarius one pair at a time. In addition, since these are custom builds, we do not take returns. Please ignore the warranty info listed above. This is not part of our listing. We do provide a 3 year warranty on parts, materials and workmanship. We will not honor any warranty for any driver that has been over-driven resulting in cone damage!
