Description: The Wheaton Glass Co. manufactured household glass in 1946. In the 1970s they decided to manufacture replicas of old nostrum bottles from the 1800s as part of a commemorative. The bottles were figural with some amazing colors. When they stopped, Taiwan manufactured tiny replicas of the Wheaton bottle. Here we have both Fish replica’s embossed “DOCTOR FISCH’S BITTERS” around the gill area. The large one stands 8” tall with the original cork and the small one is 3” tall also with the original cork. The color is spectacular and the detail from the head to the scales to the finned tail make them delightful on any shelf. The large one is marked “WHEATON N J” and the small “MADE IN TAIWAN” on the bases. They look pretty good together and are shiny clean with no damage.
