Description: Here's a fun and unusual piece. This is an Olive or Pickle fork with a cast cala lily finial, and a mechanism that allows you to slip the olive or pickle off the fork without touching it. Very cool -- just the thing for your next martini party! This piece is in excellent condition, and I would estimate it dates to the 1880's or so, when pickle casters were all the rage. The mechanism works flawlessly and seems well engineered.
